D's Beads Policies 
Ordering
Items can be ordered using the secure shopping cart and check out process. If you prefer to order via another route, please contact Deonne@dsbeads.com to arrange an alternate ordering method.
Note: your purchase will appear on your credit card statement as paid to D's Beads.
Shipping
All items that are in stock will be shipped within one (1) to five (5) business days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, you will be notified within two (2) business days by email. Information regarding options for ordering a similar item will be included in the email notice.
Custom orders or revisions are usually shipped between three (3) to six (6) weeks of order depending on material availability and design considerations. Please be patient, you will love it when it arrives.
All United States orders are shipped USPS First Class for free. Priority or Express delivery and international orders can be arranged for a fee. Contact deonne@dsbeads.com to arrange for special shipping.
Guarantee
All D's Beads items are guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials. Should the item fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on the artisan's part D's Beads will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Please note, though, that due to the nature of the craft some materials aren't always available, therefore, if in the unlikely case something needs to be repaired, materials may have to be substituted.
Returns
I guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of D's Beads jewelry and that all characterizations and descriptions are accurate. If you decide you do not want the jewelry after purchase, as it is difficult to tell exactly what it is like until you actually receive it, you may return non-custom items that are not altered for a refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of the date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. To assure it arrives undamaged and safely at D's Bead, make sure you carefully pack and ship the item, insure if you wish. Contact Deonne@dsbeads.com before returning the item to clarify eligibility and costs. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.

Custom Orders
Pieces that are created as a special order and/or custom design or custom order or jewelry that requires modification such as resizing or design are not returnable. Every effort will be made to assure the design you approved is as close as possible to the finished item you receive. Due to the nature of the craft and differences in color display on various computer screens the color and texture may include minor variations.
Repairs/Resizing
If an item should ever break repairs are free provided all beads and findings are returned. Otherwise all repairs are a minimum of $5.00 plus $1.50 per inch plus the retail cost of any materials and shipping.
If your item needs resizing, it is best to make the request prior to ordering. The retail cost of additional beads will apply if they are necessary to resize an item. In some cases the item cannot be resized due to materials availability or piece design. Once an item is shipped, the repair costs will apply to resizing.
Privacy Statement
In order to serve you better, we ask that you provide us with certain information (name, email address, postal address, etc.). This information will be used solely to process your order. We do not automatically place you on a mailing list. If you wish to be placed on our mailing list, a link can be found on the home page for this purpose.
We do not collect personal information via cookies or any other tracking program. All information that we maintain regarding our customers is secure and never provided to a third party.
When you place orders or access our site, we take responsible steps to ensure the confidentiality of such information, including the use of a secure processor.
